Kirk Marangi, M.B.A, M.A., C.V.A.

Kirk  Marangi is a recognized expert in the areas of class action wage and  hours, class action consumer issues, business litigation, wrongful termination, and business valuation.
 

He  has testified before the California Superior Court and United States District Court. Testimony has included Business  Litigation, Wrongful Termination, Family Law, and Class-Action Wage and  Hours cases.
 

Mr. Marangi  holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, an  M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a  B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.  While pursuing his  graduate degrees, he studied as a Fellow of the Lauder Institute of  Management and International Studies.  He holds the C.V.A. business valuation credential from NACVA.
 

Prior to forming Kirk Marangi Economic Valuations, Mr. Marangi  specialized in assessing economic damages in business and employment litigation at Rizzardi Pearson Associates, where he served as consulting  economist on over 350 cases.  Previously, he held executive and management positions  in finance at Packard Bell-NEC, and Dole Packaged Foods.
 

He was an adjunct faculty member in the Undergraduate Business Schools of the University of Phoenix and the University of La Verne .
